Bike Blenheim Palace
Bike Blenheim Palace is the one time of the year Blenheim Palace opens the Park to cycling, it is a great day out for cycling enthusiasts and families looking for somewhere safe to ride their bikes in beautiful surroundings. Both days will include new cycling demonstrations and exhibits in the Event Village.The Event Village is the hub of the event with most races starting in finishing close by, food and refreshments are available. This popular Time Trial on the undulating closed roads of Blenheim Park appeals to both professional cyclists and novices. Last year the mens event was won by current UK Time Trial champion Michael Hutchinson and the ladies event by Sarah Storey (Team GB Paralympic World Champion). |

As the highlight of a fantastic weekend of cycling, this spectacular 2-lap race around 6.5Km 'Queens Pool' has an international following with competitors from France, Spain, USA and Japan. Race rules and regulations must be observed with all competitors wearing obligatory jacket and tie - a nod to the commuting followers of the Brompton Bicycles. |
